Who am I and why do I think I can help?

I've been a dreamer, goal achiever, and (mostly) heart-follower all my life. When my inner critic told me I couldn't do something, my inner rebel (somewhat reluctantly) replied, "Sigh... I guess that means I have to prove you wrong." And I would.

From an early age I've been encouraging others to listen to the whispers of their hearts so they can tune in to the magical music and wisdom of the Universe that propels them to achieving their smallest and greatest goals.

As we each do this, we learn to recognize and reconcile our relationships with our inner and external critics. We grow stronger in our sense of self and our belief that what our heart wants is what the Universe wants for us.
